The Clearwater Junior Woman's Club is a part of one of the oldest and largest women's volunteer service organizations, the General Federation of Women's Clubs. We are a diverse group of women united by our dedication to community improvement through volunteer service. Christmas Under the Oaks 2008
Arts & Crafts Show
Saturday & Sunday, November 15 & 16, 2008
GFWC Clearwater Junior Woman's Club and the City of Clearwater will present the 31st annual Christmas Under the Oaks Arts & Crafts show. The show will be held Saturday & Sunday, November 15 & 16, 2008, at beautiful Coachman Park om the waterfront in downtown Clearwater, Florida. Show proceeds benefit the scholarships, grants, and projects our club provides for the community.
Vendor applications are now available for exhibitors selling hand made arts and crafts.
Helping Hands Community Grants
Applications for our Helping Hands Community Grants are being accepted through April 25, 2008. Please see the application package for eligibility information and application instructions.Totally Terrific Teachers
Do you know any Totally Terrific Teachers? Nominate them for a Totally Terrific Teacher award! Nominations received by the 15th of each month will be considered for that month's award. The winning teacher each month will receive a certificate and a $25 Barnes & Noble gift card.
Community Event Organizers
CJWC would like to be a part of your community event. We can provide a children's activity or distribute educational information on health, safety, conservation, or civic topics appropriate to your event. CJWC members can also help your organization as ticket gate or concession volunteers.
